How long is the delivery time?

We deliver to all corners of the world. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the swedish postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order is shipped.

Europe 4-7 business days
US & Canada 5-10 business days
Rest of the world 7-12 business days

If you haven't received your package within these dates. Have patience, delivery times may vary due to local post standard. If you still have no received you package within 3-5 days after the standard delivery day, please contact us.

We always have free shipping within Sweden.

How do I track my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email from us when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Unfortunately we do NOT provide tracking at the moment, but don't worry we have 99,4% accuracy on all our international deliveries.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 working days, please contact customer service.

We reserve the right to cancel a sale in the event stock is sold out or our suppliers are unable to supply an order, and for any price errors that may occur. Sometimes items you ordered are not in stock but can be back ordered. An email will be sent to you within 1-3 days informing you of any of these issues. Contact us if you wish to cancel the remainder of your order or if you have any questions regarding delivery times, etc.

I have received a shipping confirmation but no package

If you haven't received your package within these dates. Have patience, delivery times may vary due to local post standard. If you still have not received you package within 3-5 days after the standard delivery days. Please contact us.

I have not received any order confirmation

Always make sure that your e-mail address is correct. This is the most common reason why you haven't received the order confirmation.
It could also be that your e-mail provider has a SPAM-filter that blocks certain emails.

If you typed the wrong e-mailadress, please contact us with and we will help you to adjust it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes - if you let us know fast!

If we are informed within 2 hours after the order occasion, we usually have the possibility to cancel your order.
After 2 hours we do not have the possibility to reserve us to implement changes to your order. The reason is that your order is being treated directly as they are added and then picked for shipment.

Where is my package?

If you haven’t received your order/delivery within 3-5 days after our International order standards, then it could be delayed because of high delivery pressure or due to the goods you ordered had time to run out of stock.
