Reclamation

We gurantee that your products from us are damage-free when we deliver them to you. If you notice any damage or a faulty delivered product, please contact us with order number and with a picture of the damage.

When you send it back, it's important that the product is unused, unwashed with all the tags and labels attached. When we receive your reclaim we will refund you for it. If you'd like a new product you place a new order. If you don’t have your return form, please contact us and we will send you new forms.

For NON-EU customers, please contact kundtjanst@stronger to get your return label and commercial invoice and for further instructions. You still need to fill out the return form that came with your package and place it together with your returned products as per instructions above.

Once we recieve the return, we will process and refund you for your order. Please note that we will charge you 5EUR for the return.
