1. Order, order confirmation and conclusion of purchase agreement
You will receive an order confirmation when you place an order on the Stronger website. When you receive the delivery confirmation, you enter into an agreement with Stronger AB and thereby accept our terms of purchase. This means that you undertake to comply with the terms in their entirety, agree that you have read the information and entered into an agreement with Stronger on the processing of personal data, and read information about cookies according to Stronger's Privacy Policy.

2. Date of agreement
These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via www.strongerlabel.com and its subpages (the "Website"). When Stronger confirms your order through a delivery confirmation, you enter into an agreement with Stronger AB, reg. No. 556981-4121 ("Stronger," "we," "us"). The terms and conditions apply only to consumers.
3. Valid identification and purchase requirements
- You must be 18 years or older to place orders on the website.
- Under Swedish law, we do not accept credit purchases to persons under the age of 18.
- Stronger reserves the right to refuse or change an order in the event of incorrect information, suspected fraud or payment remarks.
Prices and charges:
- Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
- Shipping cost will be added and will be accounted for separately when ordering.
- We reserve the right to make price changes and adjustments.
- Discount codes and promotions are only valid during the promotional period.
4. Availability and digital access
As of June 28, 2025, new accessibility requirements under the EU Accessibility Directive apply. This means that:
- The website and all its functions must be adapted for people with disabilities according to WCAG 2.1.
- Product information, payment functions and purchase conditions must be easy to read and accessible.

5 Intellectual property rights
The website and its content are owned by Stronger and are protected under intellectual property laws. It is prohibited to copy, distribute or use content without permission.
6. Personal data and GDPR
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU Data Protection Regulation). By making a purchase, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
- We collect the necessary data to complete the purchase.
- Personal data is only shared with payment and delivery partners.
- You have the right to request correction, deletion and access to your data.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days.
- The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- When returning, you as a customer are responsible for the return cost.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear or swimwear where the seal or hygiene seal has been broken.
For unclaimed packages, a fee of SEK 150 will be charged.
8. Complaints and warranty
- According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about a product within three years of purchase.
- If the defect is discovered within two months, the complaint is considered to have been made in reasonable time.
- If the complaint is approved, we offer repair, replacement or refund.
- Complaints are processed within 14-30 days.
To make a complaint, please send a description and picture of the defect to our customer service.
9. Force Majeure
Stronger shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to fulfill a purchase agreement due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other factors beyond our control.
10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions of purchase are governed by Swedish law, without the application of private law or conflict of laws rules. Disputes are settled in Swedish courts.
