Important information about returns and claims

Extended return period: Orders placed between Nov 14 and Dec 15 can be returned until Jan 15, 2025.

You have the right to return products for a refund within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Please note that products from different orders can´t be returned in the same package. These need to be registered and sent separately to be approved.
  • To have your return approved, you need to register it in our portal and use our return labels. Packages sent back in a different way will not be accepted.
  • To be considered an approved return, the products must be intact, clean, and unused, with the original labels still attached.
  • To register your return, please fill in your order number (only numbers and it always starts with 100 followed by 7 digits) and ensure that your email address matches the one used when placing the order.
